This location has access to two bus routes, one of them is located right in front of the house. This unit is set up as a "dorm style", it's a full kitchen but on the smaller side, shower stall and toilet. This is actually a 3-bedroom downstairs unit in an older home. New flooring throughout, partially furnished unit with one queen and one full size bed, two nightstands, one dresser, one desk, and AC units in two of the rooms. Utilities are included with moderate use of the AC. If you prefer to use the AC more frequently, please be prepared to pay a higher rent. The shared washer and dryer is located right outside of the front door. Mountain breezes flow through the unit with a covered common area on the side of the house if you like to be outdoors.
