This is a designer furnished, newly remodeled space overlooking the park and lake. It is less than 2 miles from the beach and on the east side of the 95. All furnishings and appliances are new and high quality, as are the linens and towels. There are even beach chairs and beach towels so you can enjoy and relax in a great environment. The unit was to be an Airbnb since we have family in the area but due to rental restrictions from the HOA we are looking for a longer term renter. Minimum one year lease but we are flexible based on circumstances. No smoking. Renter receives a designated parking spot. Renter pays for internet and electrical. The $150 community fee is to be screened and approved by Tenant Evaluation, a firm hired by the HOA to meet security standards. Tentant must purchase rental insurance. We have flexibility on a pet but have new furniture and carpet so have lowered security deposit but have added a pet fee. Tenant is responsible for keeping unit clean but we will take care of any "homeowner" type issues (electrical, plumbing, etc).
