It's also within a 10-minute rideshare to Rainey St., 6th St., the Texas Capitol, and UT Austin (10-12 minute walk to stadium), and Moody Center/Moody Amphitheater (7 minute walk). Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Pets, smoking, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Please use the left driveway for unit 1 only and do not let the cars sit into the sidewalk from the driveway for ADA regulatory reasons. Please make sure all drivers in your party understand that only the left driveway with the carport is available for parking for the home. The right driveway and the Electric Vehicle charging station belong to our neighbors in unit 2. If you park in front of their driveway or in the driveway of unit 2 you will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they're completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
