Allow bankruptcies older than 7 years Copy of current government-issued photo identification Consumer Credit Report ordered through Rental Housing Association of Washington; copy available by contacting RHAWA. Landlord to provide contact information for RHAWA on request. Successful background and credit screening through RHAWA to include credit report, eviction search, high risk fraud alert ID report, previous address history, public records search, sex offender search and verification of social security number. If prospective tenant is denied tenancy or some other adverse action is taken, prospective tenant is entitled to a free copy of the consumer report and to dispute the accuracy of information appearing in the consumer report. Landlord will accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report made available to the landlord by a consumer reporting agency as long as the report is no more than 90 days old. Completed application may be hand-delivered at meeting place and time to be determined; or delivered by alternate means as instructed by landlord. Completed applications will be reviewed in order received. If you are offered tenancy, you will have 48 hours to accept or reject such offer. Failure to respond within that timeframe shall be deemed a rejection. Landscape maintenance is included. Tenants pay for all utilities.
