The unit is very small (but very efficient!) - approximately 225 SF. Due to the unit size, the maximum occupancy considered is two people and no pets. Please, no inquiries for vacation rentals. This is not a vacation rental property. Utilities - tenant pays directly to utility provider: - garbage collection - cable/ wifi Utilities - landlord pays direct to utility provider - sewer Utilities- landlord pays these to utility and **bills tenant for a portion of the cost (meters shared between units)** - Water - Electric - Gas This unit has no designated parking. However, previous tenants have had good luck with parking on street nearby or in the adjacent public (free) parking lot that has 24 hour parking spots. This is a non- smoking unit and property. No smoking of any substance, including no vapes, e-cigarettes, hukkah, bongs, pipes, etc. Pets not accepted due to small unit size. Please note- tenants must have excellent credit, income to rent at minimum roughly 3x income to rent price, and positive references. Housing Choice/ Section 8 vouchers accepted.
