This is an exceptional one bedroom urban apartment. There is no washer, or dryer. However, there is a coin operated laundry available on the owner's property next door. You are incredibly friendly and approachable, and had a very firm but fair and equitable approach to everything. And Garland and Miles were probably the most responsive and approachable maintenance staff that one could ever expect when renting an apartment .Garland was there quickly and helped us with what we needed with a smile. Had we not purchased our home, we likely would have stayed for years. For anyone looking to rent an apartment in Lancaster city, there is no place I can recommend more.
