Do you need time to find a new location but you also need somewhere to live while you look? Take over our lease and you will have time to look around. Or, if you like our apartment, you can renew the lease at then end of its term. Our lease will end in November. I am being relocated by my company. My wife and I would like someone to take over our lease. The new renter would have to make an application ($75) with Polo Park and get approved. (I think they expect somewhere around 3 times the rent in monthly salary. That gives you an idea of approval odds or not.) You would fill out by hand an application. You would take over the lease and apartment as is and have options to renew after the lease ends in November. We are in a 2 bedroom, 2 Bath apartment (approx. 860sq. ft). It is a second floor unit and has all appliances and a washer and dryer in the unit. Unit also has a balcony and outside closet for more storage space. Please contact with any questions. Unsure of available date at this time but hoping to be out by April 1 but this is a little flexible.
