Close to BWI & Phila Airport. Close to I-95 & right in between Wilmington DE & Baltimore MD. Towns/cities close to house are Newark DE, North East MD, Phila PA, Elkton MD, Aberdeen MD, Bel Air MD. House will need to completely vacated by Apr 30, 2026 to be ready for upcoming reservations. No smoking in house, Lease duration- this is a short term rental & needs to be available for our season starting in Apr 2026. Renters will have to be completely moved out by Mar 31, 2026. Landlord/owner will do walk thru before releasing security deposit. Necessary utilities i.e., electric (within reason), water (within reason), trash (included) & the streaming service already in house. There is no landline. Pets negotiable- will be extra fee per pet
