The Razorback Greenway is only a few blocks away. We are pet friendly (even big dogs) with a fenced back yard, all vinyl flooring and Memorial Park nearby where you can take your dog for a walk. The house has been remodeled recently and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. Absolutely no smoking on the premises, including the outdoor areas. Refrigerator, washer and dryer are included. Rent does not include utilities. Pets allowed with additional deposit and pet rent. Lease is for one year. May consider 6 month lease for higher rent. Must pass credit and background check. Maximum of 2 adults and 4 children.
