I have just reduced the price that I was asking for my house to $13000 OBO. It is a 1976 Newmoon 14 X 60 mobile home. The house has been updated and feels very modern with bamboo floor throughout (except for the entry way and bathroom, which is tile). It has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedroom have custom built in cabinets for hanging and folded clothes along with plenty of room for other items. The smaller room has a built in desk.
