The house is located next to 405 freeway, Carson Mall, shopping center, CSUDH, Ikea, and Harbor College.All of the tenants are international students from middle-east. I prefer students although professional worker aged between 21-30 is okay.Very friendly atmosphere.You have full access to the kitchen. The house is fully furnished.To move in: Security deposit of $500 is refundable with 30 days notice and with normal wear and tear in the room (no major damage) + The monthly rent of $550 including all utilities (gas, water, high speed internet, all TV channels including all sport channels). You can move in now. The rent is due in the first of the month. Rental agreement is month-to-month.No smoking inside.Smoking is okay outside the house or in the backyard. Lots of street parking.
