Tucked away from street there are french doors opening to patio with sun loungers, shallow water feature, fire pit, BBQ and outdoor dining. This house is rented by the owner/previous resident. I moved to Spain about 9 years ago and have rented out the home since then. Tours may be done by the very nice current residents or my local helper, but I do not schedule tours until after talking by phone to prospective new residents. WhatsApp is my much preferred way to communicate, though I also have a US number in case an individual is even more of a luddite than myself. The utility of water and sewer are included in the monthly rent, this is a value of about $100 per month. All other utilities are contracted with the utility providers, by the resident, according to their use. Living in a house with private outdoor space, landscaping and a water feature, provides a lot of benefits over an apartment. In this house the responsibility of maintaining the landscape and water feature is the responsibility of the resident, so please be prepared for this.
