Previous evictions, unlawful detainers, and/or unpaid landlord collections may result in automatic denial. Owner does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. INCOME RELATED REQUIREMENTS: Verifiable income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent ($7,650 a month). Debt to income ratio will be evaluated based on the credit check, in addition to consideration for the incoming rent amount of property being applied for. RESIDENTIAL HISTORY & BACKGROUND RELATED REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) or more late rent payments in the past 12 months may result in automatic denial. Be prepared to provide 4 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. We do not automatically exclude rental applicants based on criminal history.
