Early check-in or late checkout can be arranged for a $55 charge, subject to availability. A $500 charge applies if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found inside the house. Noise levels should be kept down, especially after 10 PM, with a $250 disturbance fee for noise complaints. No parties, drugs, or illicit activities are allowed, and pets are not permitted due to allergies. A $250 service fee applies if emergency services are called, and a $115 lockout service fee is charged if assistance is needed outside office hours. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and all guests are required to sign a Resident Information Packet outlining HOA rules.
