This unit offers a spacious bedrooms with high ceilings and is also an end unit on our complex. Application Process All applications are emailed to prospective tenants. 1. There is a $30 application fee which should be made out to HASMC. 2. A copy of your identification card or drivers license for each tenant that is 18 or over that will be residing in the unit must be submitted. 3. Income verification must be submitted. (Copies of three months of most recent paystubs and/or documentation if your household is receiving assistance from an agency. ) Once everything is submitted, we will then conduct a background and credit check which can take 1-3 business days to complete. Owner is responsible for trash and sewage. Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, and water.
