This guest house is ideal for a one occupant, rather than a couple because it is one open space. It is very private, and has several private outdoor spaces for sitting, dining and entertainment. This is an UNFURNISHED rental, ideal for a creative individual. In addition to the rent, there is a charge of $250 per month for utilities because the water and gas bill are on the main house meter, and include the pool and spa. Tenant only pays for their own electricity and internet (DWP bill for electricity is on separate meter). Renter pays for Electricity only. The pool and spacious grounds are shared with the main residence that is occupied by a small family, respectful of tenant's privacy. ONE YEAR LEASE. Because Owner pays for the unit's Water and Gas, as well as heating of pool and spa and landscaping, we ask for a monthly utility fe of $250 in addition to the rent.
