Landlord would consider 6 to 12 month lease. Every possible tenant over the age of 18, must submit/apply for credit application / $35. Small pets allowed with landlord approval, additional pet deposit of $500.00. Landlord must be notified of service pets. Tenant(s) are responsible for all utilities. Landlord will cover landscape maintenance / to include crawl space maintenance. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. Blinds will be installed prior to tenant move in. Tenant may paint, however has to return to original color prior to move out.
