This house has a great location, less than 2 miles to I-35 & and George Bush toll road and a little further to 121. It has a energy saving roof and with roof vents and soffit vents. All appliances are almost new and in excellent condition. We keep clean houses and try to keep clean people and accept no animals.Our lease is for 6 months. If everyone is happy at that time the lease continues .There is no need to rewrite one every 6 months. Our rules are, no more than two children, must own a good vacumn cleaner, no pets ,and every one has to keep there pants up. NO low hangers.
