Hello, we have a private room available in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom upstairs unit of a duplex. You'll be sharing the unit with two friendly guys in their 30's and 1 indoor cat and a cat that lives on the porch. :) Deposit is $950 and there'll be a $40 credit check fee. The room is in the back of the house so it faces the garden and gets the most privacy. Utilities is split among the residents up and downstairs which averages $80/month. Laundry facilities and off street parking is shared with the entire house. There's a sweet backyard for you to relax and garden if you have the green thumb. The house is located in West Oakland, the NL bus that goes to the SF Sales Force Transit Center is right around the corner. The closest BART stop is 19th Street, which is about a 10 minute walk. The closest freeway is 980. *Please note the furniture in the room are removed and the furniture arrangement in the living room and kitchen is a little different.
