Bus stop is right down the street. 10 minute drive to downtown, 15 minute drive to the beach. -Onsite laundry. Easy and cheap to get your laundry done. Or can use a laundromat just a block away. -Huge shared yard. There is a giant shared yard behind the unit with grass and beautiful landscaping. It is fenced and set back from the street so very private. -Easy parking. Almost always open spaces directly in front of the house. Never have to park more than 1 block away. Garage for extra storage/car parking is available for $100 extra per month. -Modern ceiling fans with remote control and multiple strength settings in living space and bedroom. -Small touches that make life better. The home has overhead lighting (huge win!) and remote controlled overhead lights/fans. You can dim the lights to any setting you prefer as well as tuck yourself into bed without having to get up to turn off the lights. -Beautiful hardwood floors. Brand new flooring, gorgeous and modern color. This home is a blank slate that you can adapt for many styles. -Privacy. No shared walls with neighbors makes you feel like you are in your own home. Enjoy perfect quiet or play your own music without worry. -Two entrances with two small porches for small planters or herb gardens. -Pet friendly. Dogs up to 40 lbs and cats are allowed! The shared yard in the back is a dog's dream, plus there is a pet store, veterinarian, dog washing station, and dog park all within less than 5 minutes walk. -Neighbors are great, super friendly, wonderful people.
