    Beautiful house for rent in Windsor, CO 212 Chestnut St Windsor, CO Just south of Central Park in downtown Windsor. It has a great location two blocks from the park and within five minutes from everything in Windsor. Also 5 minutes from S everance, 15 minutes from Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley. The house is 1200 ft. It is a three bedroom two full bathroom with an attached two car garage. All appliances will be included in the rental, including washer and dryer. It has a built in gas fireplace, which does an amazing job at heating the entire house as well as central air conditioning. Probably one of the nicest things is that it has solar panels which have been paid off so it's basically free electricity. My average monthly bill for electricity is two dollars per month. It has a good size backyard with built-in sprinkler system. Also, there is a external shed for any additional storage or yard tools. Unfortunately, there is no basement but there is decent storage, especially in the attached two car garage with shelving and there is also an attic with access in the hallway to the bedrooms. If you have pets, dogs and cats can be considered for an additional price. There is a shop in the backyard that will not be included in the rental as I am keeping that for myself. Other than that the rest of the property would be yours. I'm asking $2200 a month and really look forward to talking in more detail about the property if you are interested. Renter is responsible for all utilities. House has Solar which is paid off. Average Monthly electricity bill was $2/month. First Month's rent and Security Deposit due at time of lease agreement/signing. No Smoking allowed inside property. Dogs and Cats allowed for an additional fee of $50 per month. There is a shop/garage in the backyard that will not be a part of the rental as that will be used by the homeowner.
