A wide, flat walking trail sits in front of the cottage along the water, and is ideal for walks, runs or strolls with your pooch. Toss the ball at the shore, put in a kayak, launch your boat--all just 100 steps from the cottage door! The cottage is cozy, bright and flexible! Originally designed as a duplex, one side has a king bed and full bath, and the other side has two daybeds for lounging or hosting guests, and its own full bath. Double doors between the two sides can create privacy, if desired. A desk area sits in front of the glass French doors and features lake views. Strong WiFi! The kitchen is compact, with a countertop oven, 2 burners, air fryer, coffee station, small fridge, and two-top bar seating. This is a sweet place in a tiny, safe, picturesque town with an easy commute to Rogers and Bentonville. It's just 3 miles to Holiday Island, where there is a grocery store, hardware store, fitness center, restaurants and more. No bills are paid by renter, all are included in rent price--gas, electric, wifi, trash. Ideally, we would find a renter for November-February, and would consider a year lease for the right person.
