Walking trails, parks, playgrounds, schools, restaurants and the Charles River are all nearby. We are leaving town for academic year 22-23, returning by August 2023. Terms and duration of lease are negotiable, but ideally we find one tenant for about 9 or 10 months (or maximum 12 months). Our home is furnished, but we can remove or leave as much as desired.
