The maximum guest capacity is 3 for a one-bedroom, 5 for a two-bedroom, and 7 for a three-bedroom unless agreed upon before check-in. Violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave, and do not keep any food in the bedroom. All food and beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment. Smoking violations will constitute a lease violation and a $1000 fee. Includes a dedicated workspace with a work desk, lamp, and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access. A laptop computer is not included.
