We are located just off of Manhattan Beach Blvd so it is a straight shot to get to the beach and to the Manhattan Beach Pier. It is a 20 min cruise by bike to get to the beach! The kitchen, living room, dining, laundry and half bath (so your guests don't have to go upstairs) are located on the on the bottom floor. The living room features a gas fireplace for the upcoming (hopefully) cooler days this winter. All floors downstairs are brand new white oak. All of the appliances have been replaced with stainless steel. The balcony is located just off of the kitchen. It is north facing so you have steady sunlight throughout the day. The balcony is newly tiled and oversized which is great for entertaining at home during the pandemic. All 3 beds and 2 baths are upstairs with an exceptionally large master bedroom. Popcorn ceilings have been removed throughout the entire condo. Right outside the front door there is a private storage unit for your use only. We will only keep a few back up tiles and wood pieces for the floors in there. The rest is yours. You will have 2 side by side parking spots in a shared, remote access garage. There are visitor spots available. The remote can reach the garage if you step on the balcony, so you don't even have to leave your condo to let your guests in! Dogs are an extra $100 per month per dog plus a $500 deposit per dog. If you would like, we can set up a porch pot ty with a drain on the balcony for your dog to use. You won't even have to leave the unit to take your dog out! Rent includes water and trash. There is a trash chute about 20 steps away from the condo. Far enough away that it's not gross and close enough that it is convenient! We even have a service to pick up large garbage items. The condo is available whenever you are, so come on by to check it out! Water and trash included in rent. Renter pays for their own gas, electric, internet, etc. 12 month lease required. Two side by spaces assigned in shared garage. No smoking.
