According to the landlord, a co-signer is required for each applicant meaning that if you plan to share the unit, each person will need to submit both an application and a co-signer agreement. If the applicant(s) has rental history and jobs the applicant(s) probably doesn't need a co-signer agreement according to the landlord. The apartment is a two-story, townhome-style unit with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a backyard. Rent for the entire unit is $1,675 per month, including everything except electricity and internet, and the security deposit is $1650. The place comes furnished, including a sofa in the living room, a bed frame, box springs, a mattress, and more. There's no in-unit washer or dryer, but the laundry room is right next door with unlimited usage you can do laundry anytime. There's no garage, but the unit includes two assigned parking spaces directly in front of the door. The unit includes fence in backyard for privacy or pets and it is with a patio table and 4 chairs. The location is excellent just a 6-minute drive to campus, with three bus lines nearby. It's also less than a 3-minute walk to King Soopers on W. Elizabeth St. Owner pays for water, washer, dryer, etc. Renter is responsible for electric and internet only. There is no gas needed in the unit. Up to two pets total allowed.
