Alki Beach, the waterfront trail and water taxi to downtown are a 15-minute walk down the hill. Rent includes all utilities except cable and internet. The apartment comes partially furnished with a large sectional sofa (and potentially a deck dining set and double bed in the guest room). Owners live in the top level of the home and have a toddler and dog, and pets are welcome depending on temperament (and with a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet, two pet maximum). One-year lease preferred, though shorter terms could be negotiable. Absolutely no smoking permitted. Plenty of parking available on the street.
