Owners live in the top level of the home and have a toddler and dog, and pets are welcome depending on temperament (and with a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet, two pet maximum). One-year lease preferred, though shorter terms could be negotiable. Absolutely no smoking permitted. Plenty of parking available on the street.
