    I have a furnished bedroom with either a full bed or queen bed (queen is w/o frame) I also have a desk if you need. Bedroom faces the backyard. The rest of the house is fully furnished. I will be gone majority of the time so you will have entire upstairs to yourself more often than not. I also have remodeled my detached garage so even if I am here I'll be out back for sleeping, etc. There is a very quiet renter who rents the basement. Has her own back entrance but will share the kitchen at times. She has been here almost 3 years. I take great care of the people who rent from me. There will be an open house NEXT Friday from 1-3. See attached photos. No cigarettes but weed friendly.

    I will spend majority of my time either traveling or out back in detached garage. You'll basically have whole upstairs to yourself. The renter downstairs has back entrance into basement. Does use the kitchen at times.
