    Available August 15, 2025 Credit History and Screening *Credit Requirements. Tenant acknowledges that as part of the application process, Landlord has required a minimum credit score of 620 for applicants not receiving any form of housing subsidy or assistance. This credit score requirement is applied uniformly to all non-subsidized applicants. *Compliance with Colorado Law. In accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes and the Rental Application Fairness Act, Landlord will only consider credit and rental history from the most recent seven (7) years when making rental decisions.
