You will have direct access to Fairport Harbor's wide beach, featuring a pavilion, bonfire and grills, playgrounds, rest rooms/changing rooms, jet ski and kayak lessons/rentals, and many free concerts and events. Fairport Harbor school system offers the caring environment of a small town. Fairport is only 30 minutes from downtown Cleveland. House amenities include free use of existing washer and dryer (no need for trips to laundromat); large windows take advantage of lake breezes and lovely views of Lake Erie; large kitchen; covered front and back porches; full basement and full walk-up attic for plenty of storage. Small pet possibly ok with our approval. No Section 8. Owner pays water/sewer. Tenant pays Gas and Electric bills. First and last month rent plus security deposit.
