BATHROOMS Freshen up in one of two bathrooms: - Full bathroom upstairs located between all 3 bedrooms - Half bathroom conveniently located off the dining room (washer/dryer located in here) KITCHEN, DINING AND LIVING ROOM Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring brand-new appliances, all the cookware you need, and a dedicated coffee bar with coffee, tea, and more. Gather around the dining table for 8, or enjoy a quick bite at the kitchen island. The bright living room is perfect for movie nights or sharing stories from your Maine adventures, with two comfy couches, a cozy reading nook, and a 50" Roku TV. OUTDOOR SPACE Relax on the private deck with casual seating for 4, grill up some steaks on the gas grill, or head to the backyard firepit for some evening fun under the stars. It's the perfect way to wind down after a day at the beach or a hike along the coast. Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is located in a 2-unit building, and there is a detached one-bedroom apartment on the property. Each of those units are occupied by one long-term tenant, both who are very friendly and low key :) The apartment is approximately 1,500 square feet. For summer comfort, each bedroom has a window AC unit to keep things cool. There is baseboard heat throughout the entire unit for the colder months. The driveway offers parking for up to 5 vehicles. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock your personalized code will be provided before check-in. - Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking. - Our properties are always cleaned and turned over by highly-rated, professional housekeeping companies. DOG GUIDELINES: - By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. - No dogs left home alone unless crated. - Please clean up after your pet. - 2 dogs maximum and must have approval first. Refundable deposit of $1,500 Cleaning fee of $300 Non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 A utilities allowance of $500/month is included, excess is paid by the tenant. Move in ready.
