Renters are not permitted to allow additional dwellers to live in the home outside of who is initially approved to live in the home. This will be means for an immediate lease termination. It is the renters responsibility to repair anything damaged during the lease agreement. This includes plumbing issues such as clogged pipes and damaged walls.
