This is a vacation rental during summer months so it is fully stocked with every thing you need to just move in. This house is completely furnished with everything: Beds, Dishes, Appliances, Beach Gear. Owner pays for utilities (power, water, trash, internet) with a $250 cap. We are not listing as pet friendly but will consider a well trained dog with a non-refundable deposit of $250 and written agreement to take responsibility for and prevent damage. The property begins it's summer vacation rentals mid April.
