Amenities include a comfortable screen porch overlooking woods, a large back yard with fruit trees and a garden plot, central air and heat (dual fuel - electric or gas), hardwood floors throughout, washer & dryer (included), basement storage space, and a stand-alone freezer in basement. Because of 1-year lease, we prefer to rent house with major furnishings left in place (furniture, beds, dressers) but we are negotiable to storing items depending on demand for the house. All personal items will be stored. NO MORE THAN 2 UNRELATED TENANTS (PER CITY REGULATIONS) PET POLICY: House is pet friendly but any pets must be approved on application and will require $25/pet additional rent and a $900 additional REFUNDABLE security deposit.
