Also upstairs is the laundry room with electric hook ups (washer and dryer not included), second full bathroom and two more bedrooms. (We are allowed to post them here in the description, unfortunately.) Rent includes all HOA fees, which covers lawn care, snow removal and maintenance of public areas. This is a great location near several schools, restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, and many local businesses. The Jordan River trail is close by for biking and running, and in the neighborhood is a playground maintained by the HOA.
