The apartment is close to Giant Eagle (~10 min walk), bus stops, restaurants and shops on Murray ave. Bus stop with a bus to downtown is directly in front of the apartment (takes ~20 min). Bus to CMU takes ~5 min from Forbes. I used to bike to CMU (~10 min). CMU Escort bus stops right in front of the building. There's plenty of on-street free parking space in front of and around the building. This apartment is a steal! Tenant only pays electric (~$20-25 per month). Heat, gas, water, etc are all included! Laundry is in the building. Landlord is very responsive to any maintenance requests. Everything can be arranged through online portal or email. Call or email if you would like to see the apartment.
