Looking for LGBTQ+/Queer BIPOC Roommate Two story building with two units, ours being on the first level. The front steps are approximately half a story high, so it doesn't feel like a first-floor unit, in that people aren't able to look at eye level directly into rooms through windows. The bedroom pictured is the vacant room we're looking to fill. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom. You and I will be sharing a bathroom (pictured), while the third roommate has her own bathroom. There is plenty of storage in the basement, a free washer and drier in the basement, and a large yard out back, gated and facing the alley. LGBTQ+/Queer BIPOC Roommate Wanted Current Roommates: One white woman, one queer BIPOC, both professionals in their 30s. Non-smokers, occasional drinkers, no illicit drugs, not big partiers, not loud, low-key, clean and tidy in shared spaces (I don't care what your room looks like). We value caring for y/our mental health, being respectful of each other, respectful of our belongings and property, effective communicators, (e.g., kind, compassionate, honest, direct, and refrains from passive aggressive communication), emotionally intelligent (high EQ), respectful of all religions, respectful of all ethnicities, and also a BIPOC Queer/LGBTQ+, and an ally. You: LGBTQ+/Queer BIPOC, between the ages of 35 and 45, employed, healthy lifestyle. I know that is subjective, so let me be more specific. Non-smoker, not a heavy drinker, not into illicit drugs, actively and intentionally caring for your mental health, etc. Not a big partier, not loud, low-key, clean and tidy in shared spaces (I don't care what your room looks like), respectful of individuals currently living here, and respectful of our belongings and property, effective communicator, (e.g., kind, compassionate, honest, direct, and refrains from passive aggressive communication), emotionally intelligent (high EQ), respectful of all religions, respectful of all ethnicities, and also a BIPOC member of the queer/LGBTQ+ community.
