Downtown is walkable and the beach is a 10 minute drive away. Rent is $1,550 a month plus utilities. I've been living here alone and I've loved it, but I have to move back to California due to a family emergency. I'm trying to find someone to take over the lease by the end of February 2023 at the latest. Ideally I'd also like to find someone who would want to buy some of the larger furniture I moved into this house. The couches, bed, chairs, rugs, desks are all quality, fit the vibe of the house and there were very difficult to get up the stairs and through the door. It would save me a ton of work if I found someone who would buy these off me. I'd give you a good deal and it would save you from having to haul couches up the stairs :) It's a year long lease. Security deposit and first months rent for $1,550 are due upfront.
