This top floor apartment enters into a large living room with large, double pane windows and hardwood floors. Both bedrooms are also large, with double pane windows, hardwood floors, and large closets. There is a small bonus room between the bedrooms that has a desk, and makes a nice, private space for a home office. The galley kitchen includes a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and stainless steel stove and refrigerator. A kitchen door leads to a large, shared, landscaped backyard with a big shade tree, a large deck with tables and chairs and a BBQ. The backyard is a center for community at this close knit property. The apartment has central heat and air conditioning (AC), and in unit laundry. The building has a walk score of 74 and bike score of 95. Garage parking is not available immediately, but does come open a few times a year (there are 5 garage spots associated with the property). Most residents park on the street - rarely more than a block from the building entrance. We charge back $225/month for electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash. This represents about 90% of the actual utility bill for the property based on the relative square footage of the apartment (we do not make money on these charges). All adults who will live in the apartment must sign the lease, and satisfy eligibility requirements.
