No smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, vaping, or e-cigarettes) is permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the unit or on balconies/patios. No pets of any kind are allowed without prior written consent of the landlord. Violation of the no-pet policy will be considered a material breach of the lease. Late fees of $50 will apply if rent is not received by the 5th, with an additional $25 per day thereafter. Tenants are responsible for routine maintenance such as changing AC filters, replacing light bulbs, and minor plumbing clogs caused by tenant use.
