No need to find a laundromat or outside maintenance, as we have onsite laundry and an attentive full-time maintenance staff! Cats are more than welcome with a $150 pet deposit and $15/mo pent rent. Applicant must have no previous evictions or housing related collections and pass credit and background check. We require a $35.00 application fee for any adult applying and a landlord reference for any credit score under 620. Our deposit is $200 and is not required until you are approved!
