Room may be partially furnished on request (can discuss specifics). A garage space is available for $50/mo. Guest parking is not bad, but is subject to change as the complex nears completion. Easy street parking is available a block away. EV charging also available for ~$50/mo with garage parking. The second floor is a large open kitchen and living space, and the rest of the bedrooms and laundry are on the third floor. You: We are looking for a childless cat lady because Marc is bored and keeps meowing at me. The room may be a bit small for a couple.
