Great views, walking distance to downtown. Heading north on C St/341 to Six Mile Canyon Rd. The first dirt road on the left past the first stop sign heading down the canyon is M St. Its an unimproved road with no street sign, but easy to access. Sign is located on the northeast corner of the lot. Property is a downslope to the south. There is a dilapidated wikiup ruin on the property., This 19th century mining bonanza was one of the most important industrial cities in it's day. Todays visitors are in awe for this authentic step back in time. It is also home to the Virginia & Truckee railroad. This community boosts generations of family owned business and residents.
