Crest at Midtown is near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International, located 10.9 miles or 19 minutes away. We are a mid-term housing company, though we occasionally offer short-term stays. If you've booked a short stay at a great rate, we're happy to host you! However, this property is stocked for mid-term stays, so we provide only starter toiletries like one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag. Please bring your own toiletries when you come. Annual preventive maintenance may occur, and we will notify you in advance if access is needed. In case of emergency maintenance, if urgent repairs are required and we cannot reach you within a specified time, we reserve the right to enter the unit. The main occupant must be listed on the reservation, and the reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets. Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed. A refundable key deposit of $35 is required and will be returned when the key is returned. Respect shared spaces and amenities, keep noise levels low during late hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, and dispose of garbage and recycling properly in designated areas to maintain cleanliness.
