The condo is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient. You are a 5-10 minute Uber ride from anything downtown or midtown. This condo is on the Freedom Park Trail, so you can be on the Beltline in 10 minutes. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. The apartment is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm will incur a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the building, with a minimum fine of $50. Do not put pizza boxes or other large items into the hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50. Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city, and there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of the building. The building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways. The parking lot can get creepy at night. AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system, wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. If you are locked out of the unit, the building staff is available to assist you. Packages and mail should not be sent to the building. Do not block elevator doors and hold them open. Do not let people follow you into the building/elevator. Only residents and guests with fobs should be allowed to enter. No one should be able to hear sounds or noise coming out of your unit at any time. Bicycles are not allowed to enter the building.
