The living room is beautifully designed with ample natural light and a large flat-screen Smart LED TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave, ideal for preparing meals and snacks during your stay. The condo offers free parking on-site, although it is privately owned and may have some trash in the area. If you find the parking lot uncomfortable at night, you may want to find another parking lot nearby. With easy access to MARTA Rail, Americas Mart, World Congress Center, GA Capitol, Peachtree Center, and Centennial Olympic Park, you will find yourself in the center of it all. A short drive will take you to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, GA Tech, and the World of Coca-Cola. You are a 5-10 minute Uber or Lyft from anything Downtown or Midtown, traffic considering. The condo is located in the heart of the city, and like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of the building. The building is currently under construction, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and hallways to get rid of smells. If you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. AC and heating are available seasonally with a PTAC system controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. If you have very high standards for temperature, this may not be the best choice for you. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 9:00. As your hosts, we try to be available from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm, but please note we may be in a meeting or at a doctor's appointment. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.
