Located just two blocks from the MARTA Civic Center station, this apartment provides easy access to public transportation and the rest of Atlanta. Downtown Atlanta offers urban living with a mix of Victorian-era buildings and new skyscrapers, along with restaurants, attractions, and commerce. Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Also, the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways. AC and heating are available seasonally and are controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 9 AM. This space is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm will result in a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the building, with a minimum fine of $50. Do not put pizza boxes or other large items into the hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50.
