WOW....great house... UPDATED 8 months ago. Kitchen/Dining combo,large den with LOTS of built-ins & beautiful Fireplace/Mantle. Fresh paint thru out, new carpet in den & bedrooms, NEW ceramic tile on countertops & floors in kit/dining areas,& stainless appliances. Offers front porch,double garage with built-in shelves & storage room with new shelves. There's a HUGE STAINED DECK across rear of house plus they have added french drain in backyard to ascertain no soggy yard or standing water. Security system is in place,and,they have just replaced roof in May of this year, with 30-YEAR Architectural Roof(with transferable warranty),new Gutters & recently added UV LIGHT ON A/C(which prevents any moisture/mold in duct work). OH...and, they've added extra insulation,too! 1 YEAR FIRST AMERICAN WARRANTY FOR BUYER! This is a GREAT HOUSE...well maintained,and,it shows.....don't think it will last long! REDUCED ON 11/21/13
