The room is on the second floor sharing the floor with the master bedroom. The room is private and has its own private bathroom. It has 2 closets and plenty of space for furniture. On the same floor is a washer and dryer that is free to use at all times. In the living room area downstairs is couches and a tv which are available to use. Cable and wifi is included. All utilities are included. There is a kitchen and fridge that you can use as well. There is a balcony with a nice view. We are located 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and 3 minutes from downtown El Segundo with lots of food options. We are close to a fire station and police department for safety. It's a great place to live. No subletting or people staying over. We would like a 12 month lease preferably. If you do choose to move out at some point we would like a 60 day notice. All utilities are included. No people sleeping over as well.
