Laura has been an A+ landlord she is very responsive when you need to get in touch with her, and she is prompt about addressing tenant concerns. For example, when a part on my washing machine needed to be replaced, Laura came to take a look at the part needed, bought, and delivered the part back to me within 24 hours! While I have been her tenant, she has gone the extra mile. As far as the unit and the neighborhood, I have really enjoyed both while living there since September 2021. Overall, I have loved my time at the unit and the neighborhood, and if you choose to rent from Laura you will be getting a rockstar landlord!
